Business hours and contact
At this time, we maintain business hours Monday through Friday, and do not work on weekends. Emails and inquiries received over the weekend will be responded to first thing Monday morning. You can reach me at the following email address - bonnie@holdenslanding.com.

Payment
Payment for all items purchased from one of our carts is expected at time of check out.  Please let me know at item of check out if there will be a delay for any reason.  Items not paid for in a timely manner may be restocked.   Payment for items purchased through our custom order database and/or email/private transaction is expected within 2 days from date of invoice. We accept paypal, and credit card payments through paypal.  

Shipping and Turn Around Time
I make every effort to ship instock items within 1-2 business days of payment receipt.  All of our items on all of our carts have free shipping within the US and Canada.  For all of our other international customers, shipping will be invoiced at the time of shipment at actual cost minus cost of shipping the same package within the US.  For custom orders, payment is due up front before orders are started.  Turn around time is 10-14 days from payment, unless otherwise specified.  If there is a delay, I will make sure to let you know. 

Returns
If you need to return your item, please email me first at bonnie@holdenslanding.com.  Refunds or exchanges are given for defects in construction during the first 30 days.  Custom orders are not returnable, other than for construction defects. 

Custom orders/Waiting list
I maintain a "No Stalk Customs" database as both my customs list and waiting list.   Customs orders may be taken via email if I have time to fit them in.  "No stalk custom orders" orders may be input at any time into the database in our yahoo group; these will be invoiced as I finish up previous orders. I invoice for these every Friday, grouping orders into rounds. Once an order is placed in the database, I will sort it into the next available round, putting int he date of invoice with the order.   I make every effort to keep my turn around time to 10 days or less for custom orders. You may check on the status of your order in the order status section of my blog.

Do:
* Wash only 10-12 diapers per load
* Cold rinses, hot wash with half your normal amount of detergent, cold rinse again until there are no more suds
* Use highest water level when possible
* Dryer or line dry
* Lay stained diapers in the sun to remove stains

Do Not:
* Do not use any of the following products in your wash routine as they can compromise the fabrics, shortening the life of your diapers - OxyClean products, bleach, fabric softener or dryer sheets
* Do not leave wet dyed diapers touching other fabrics as dyes could transfer.  All of our dyes are set and rinsed thoroughly so dye transfer should not occur.  However, leaving wet dyed diapers on/touching other fabrics may cause dyes to transfer
